  • Incorrect caste, Income .
  • Non submission of caste, Income certificates .
  • Incorrect course & year of study .
  • Non submission of hard copy of application .
  • If the student is not physically present .
  • Student admitted under management quota .
  • Incorrect course & year of study .
  • Non submission of enclosures .
  • Dicontinued/Detained students in case of renewals .
  • Claiming scholarship for same level courses .
  • Previous sanction verification for renewal .
  • Non receiving of hard copy for Fresh .
  • Non receiving of renewal proposal .
  • Claiming scholarship for same level courses .
  • Not recommended by Field Officer .

Here are a few guidelines which can help you to know your epass application status.

If you want to know your epass application status, you need to have the following details with you…..

1. your epass application number (Don’t know the epass application number? click here)
2. your SSC(10th class) hallticket number
3. SSC board(State board/ CBSE/ ICSE/ others)
4. your date of birth
5. SSC pass type (APregular,)
6. year of passing of SSC(10th class).

First of all go the epass website and click on the know your application status icon located below the home page..

If you are an andhrapradesh student, then go to the link: https://apepass.cgg.gov.in/
If you are a telangana student, then go to the link:  https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/
If you are a karnataka student, then go to the link:  http://karepass.cgg.gov.in/searchapplicationno.do

If you click on the link you will get a page like this
